Lymington Tree Surgeons

In the Lymington area we offer the following tree surgery services:
Lymington Tree Surgery

  • Tree removal and felling
  • Tree dismantling
  • Crown reduction
  • Crown thinning
  • Deadwooding
  • Stump grinding
  • Hedge maintenance
  • Emergency 24 hour service
  • Tree surveying and consultancy services

Tree Felling is the easiest way to remove a single tree but if space is limited then it might not be possible. If a tree cannot be felled then it can be dismantled.

To dismantle a tree we send climbers up into the canopy who remove the branches, and using a system or ropes and harnesses, lower them to the ground carefully. This technique is ideal when a tree resides in an enclosed space.

If you need to reduce the overall size of the canopy of a tree then what you need is a crown reduction.

If the crown is too dense then individual branches can be removed throughout the canopy in a process known as crown thinning. This allows more light to pass through the tree without actually reducing its size.

An essential safety method that occasionally needs to be carried out on trees is deadwooding. This is the removal of dead limbs and branches from the canopy before they fall to the ground on their own accord.

Stump grinding, hedge maintenance, and an emergency 24 hour service are also offered by Climbersway Tree Care

All our services are available to Lymington residents and businesses.
